HST to Hilo, HI Feb 27, 2010 • High Tide: Hilo 2:30 A.M. 2.9 feet; low 8:55 A.M., 0 feet • Arrival Time By Island: NAWILIWILI Harbor: 1158 - HONOLULU Harbor: 1148 KAHULUI Harbor: 1141 - HILO Harbor: 1119

ACTIONS TAKEN • 0600: Sirens: All Counties • 0841: Gov Lingle announces State of Emergency • Evacuation: All coastal areas • Shelters: None Opened • News Release: Issued by Civil Defense • 1105: Tsunami arrives • 1130: Visible tsunami effects in Hilo bay • 1230: Tsunami ends • 1338: PTWC cancels tsunami warning, • 1358: Counties issue ALL CLEAR

Critical Infrastructure • Hawaii County • Hilo Airport closing at 6:00 A.M. • City and County • Identifying transportation corridor from Waikiki to HNL • Harbor evacuation • Closing portions of HNL that are within the inundation zone • All lanes on H1 West at North/South exit closed due to motorcycle fatality
