Our customers range from some of the most well known companies in the world, to universities, down to individuals with a need for specialty metals. Robin Materials has been servicing the many industries of Silicon Valley for 25 years. Our goals are the same now as they were then: Provide our customers with exceptional service.

  2. As a small company, we have created and maintained personal relationships with our clients. We strive to know our customers individual needs for their business. Online Order Status When you place an order with us, you will receive a link that will allow you to track that order. Once your order ships you will receive another email with tracking information. Confirmation of orders After placing an order you will get a confirmation email shortly. If you place an order with us and don't get a confirmation email check your "junk" mail folder - it will probably be in there; otherwise, contact us and we will remedy the situation. Returns & Exchanges We do not accept exchanges, but you can exchange an item by returning it to us and placing a new order for the item(s) that you would like in place of the original order.
