A popular leader is the one who runs a successful business following the business ethics. We look out for many qualities in such leaders and appreciate and follow them. What kind of Business Leaders do we admire?   3. In 1991, he took over the chairmanship of the enormous TATA Group leading all the young and talented managers. Tata Consultancy Services and Tata Motors gained popularity and more business under his guidance. In 2007 he merged the Tata Group with Corus Group, an Anglo-Dutch steel and aluminium producer which created the fifth largest steel producing entity in the world.
