Practice page 195 1-10 Make a list of sample words • Pronouns- are words that take the place of a noun or group of nouns. Practice: page 191 skills check D. Make a list of sample words • Verbs – words that name an action or describe a state of being. Practice page 208 Make a list of sample words

Make a list of sample words • Article – the adjectives the, a, and an- are know as articles. They come before a noun. A is used before words that begin with a consonant. An is used be words that begin with a vowel. Practice page 227 Make a list of sample words • Adverbs – modifies a verb, an adjective, or another, adverb. Practice page 236-237. Make a list of sample words
