  10. Heavenly Protocol:Thanksgiving, Praise & Worship • 1 Peter 2:9; Psalm 100:4 • Thanksgiving opens the gate into His throne room. • Praise ushers us into His courts. • We first minister to God in the holy place. • Then we minister to the people.

  11. We offer spiritual sacrifices to God. • Ourselves—spirit, soul & body (Rom. 12:1) • Our substance—tithes, offerings, meeting practical needs of those around us (Mal. 3:10; Gal. 6:9-10) • Our thanksgiving (Lev. 7:12; Phil. 4:6) • Our praise (Heb. 13:15) • A Broken & Contrite Heart (Ps. 51:17) • Joy (Ps. 27:6)

  12. Responding to the Holy Spirit in radical, passionate worship • God inhabits the praises of His people • In His presence, we are changed & empowered • In His presence, we know His heart & receive direction • We are sent where He is about to come
