  5. Let’s Discuss Some Scenarios • Example 1 • There has been a rumor floating around the office that a furlough is on the horizon. How would you address this issue? • Go back to your unit and have a discussion on other job opportunities • Let everyone in the office have a piece of your mind and then proceed to packing • Discuss your concerns with your manager

  6. Let’s Discuss Some Scenarios • Example 2 • You’re conducting a presentation and one of your colleagues, who is visibly agitated is making negatives comments and berating you in front of the team. How would you handle this scenario?

  7. Let’s Discuss Some Scenarios • Example 3 • You have an employee in your area whose dress has been the topic of discussion in the office and found offensive to co-workers. How would you address this issue?
