  1. Zaheer Khan Says This Lord’s Win Is A Huge Milestone For Team India Former India pace bowler Zaheer Khan believes that Team India’s victory in the second Test against England at Lord’s is a great feat and will be scripted in the history books. Team India bounced back on day five of the Lord’s Test to beat England by 151 runs as well. Image source by twitter India were under pressure when the game began on day five. But, later Mohammed Shami and Jasprit Bumrah added a huge partnership for the ninth wicket and helped the team taking a decent lead as well.. “Even on the fourth day evening you wouldn’t have imagined the match would turn out to be like this. The way they have comeback, I think this Test will be talked about for many days. A memorable Test and you get to see these sort of comebacks very rarely,” Zaheer said on Cricbuzz. However, Mohammed Shami notched up his half-century as England were needed to score 272 runs in 60 overs. Both Bumrah and Shami did well with the ball as well and removed England openers early in the chase. Mohammed Siraj and Ishant Sharma too did well as they eventually bundled England out for 120 and win the Test by 151 runs. “Everyone was hoping that Pant would stay for a long period. But the way Shami and Bumrah made that partnership, India were dictating the game after that. And then just brilliant bowling,” he further added. “The entire team came together on the field and wanted to win it. You could see that from everyone’s body language. Whoever watched this match, I don’t they would have enjoyed a Test match as much as this. This victory is a huge milestone for India.”

The third Test of the series will take place in Leeds on August 25.
