Entity Administrator • No Limit on number of EAs an LEA may assign • Assignment of EA(s)might mirror your current Common Logon process • NO APPLICATIONS ARE ASSIGNED TO THIS ROLE-strictly a management role • Only used in instances of unique roles, such as Grants Management and MOWR • Must be attached to each site within LEA • District EA DOES NOT MEAN all site access

    13. Current Status of SSIS • RFP published in November 2013 • SIS vendors submitted responses December 2013 • Submitted RFP responses are in review – expect to make declaration in April 2014

    14. Rolling out SSIS • Looking for pilots for new SSIS for 2014-2015 • Interested? Contact • What can I expect by becoming a SSIS pilot? • Signed letter of intent by LEA • Change Board Management seat/voice • Construct training models for SSIS • Determine software needs for implementation • Design implementation models • Submit dual AzEDS and normal submissions
