  2. TSG-C Responsibility TSG Radio Access (TSG-C) is responsible for the radio access part, including its internal structure, of systems based on 3GPP2 specifications. More specifically, TSG-C is responsible for the cdma2000 air interface and many services. TSG-C has developed 94 specifications, 17 reports, and numerous revisions. 2
