HFT: Charm Hadron v2 and RAA • 200 GeV Au+Aum.b. • collisions (500M events). • - Charm hadron collectivity  • drag/diffusion constants  • Medium properties! • Light quark thermalization! • 200 GeV Au+Aum.b. • collisions (|y|<0.5 500M events) • Charm hadron RAA • - Energy loss mechanism! • - QCD in dense medium!

  11. Net-proton Higher Moments BES-II RHIC BES-I STAR: X.F. Luo, QM2012 STAR net-proton results: All data show deviations below Poisson beyond statistical and systematic errors in the 0-5% most central collisions for κσ2 and Sσ at all energies. Larger deviation at √sNN ~ 20GeV UrQMD model show monotonic behavior Higher statistics needed for collisions at √sNN< 20 GeV STAR Preliminary

  12. CSR( √sNN ~ 0.5 - 1 GeV ) 1)利用当前最新技术在中国已有的大型重离子加速器HIRFL-CSR 上建设一个高能重离子物理研究实验平台2) 在高能核物理领域建立一支由高校-中科院研究所密切结合的 优秀科研团队3) 为国家中长期高能核物理, 核探测技术发展及其应用做贡献

  15. 小结 • 利用国际国内大型加速器和探测器,研究QCD自由度下的相结构。QGP的性质,临界点和相边界是研究的重点。 • 利用理论团队的优势,深入理解物理结果。 • 培养、引进优秀青年人才,扩展壮大高能核物理实验队伍。 • 促进建立国内高能核物理实验基地。 • 华师“教育部夸克轻子重点实验室”“国家重点实验室”,建设成有影响力的国际合作中心。

Monolithic Pixels – Le Pix LePIX: monolithic detectors in advanced CMOS • Scope: • Develop monolithic pixel detectors integrating readout and • detecting elements by porting standard 90 nm CMOS to wafers • with moderate resistivity. • Reverse bias of up to 100 V to collect signal charge by drift • Key parameters: • Very large signal to noise ratio • Low power (target) < 30mW / cm2 • Fast processing: full matrix readout at 40MHz Track in telescope of 4 planes (beam test at PSI – Nov 2011)

  19. MIC-I (MAPS in CCNU) MIC-I的照片和原理图: MIC-I是模拟输出的MAPS(Monolithic Active Pixel Sensors)芯片,电荷收集二极管大小为5微米X 5微米,像素大小20微米X 20微米阵列32X32,扫描速率为40MHz。总面积约2.5毫米X2毫米。已流片生产。

  20. MIC-II MIC-II的照片和原理图: MIC-II是模拟数字混合输出的MAPS(Monolithic Active Pixel Sensors)芯片,电荷收集二极管大小为10微米X10微米,像素大小40微米X 40微米,阵列16X16,扫描速率为40MHz。总面积约2.5毫米X2毫米。能输出入射粒子的时间信息。
