Approach • Contact with Home Country Sports Council – Nov/Dec • Assessment and evaluation survey - Dec • Agree and set up generic support service - Jan • Agree and set up support service for each Home Country – Jan/Feb • Agree and set up support service for UK/England – Feb/Mar • Monitor views on support service provides - ongoing • Evaluate and improve services – after phase 1 NGBs
