High risk for recurrence (eg, lymphatic or venous invasion by tumor, or poorly differentiated tumors). Villous polyp, polyp > 1 cm, or high grade dysplasia. π † LCCCOL-3

Colon Cancer Colectomy, with synchronous or staged liver or lung resection or Neoadjuvant therapy (for 2-3 months) followed by synchronous or staged colectomy and resection of metastatic disease or Colectomy, followed by chemotherapy and staged resection of metastatic disease See Recurrence(LCC COL-7) π π Systemic therapy and Consider colon resection only if imminent risk of obstruction or significant bleeding Chemotherapy π Villous polyp, polyp > 1 cm, or high grade dysplasia.
