Thursday Night (Friday Morning) • Buses arrive at 12:15a.m. • Take your pillow and blanket on the bus • MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR 1st Day T-SHIRT, SHORTS, SHOES, AND 1/3 OF YOUR MONEY ON THE BUS WITH YOU • Depart for Orlando at 1:00a.m. • Rest stop at Exit 94 • Breakfast at Golden Corral at 8:30 • Arrive at Islands of Adventure at 10:00

  3. Check-In for Dinner at 8:15 p.m.

  4. When you get to the hotel Friday night: • Make sure you have your formals ready for tomorrow morning • Set your alarms so you will be up and ready on time in the morning. • Charge your phone. • Set out clothes for Saturday after the performance! • Shoes • Socks • Trip t-shirt • Shorts • 1/3 of your money

  5. Saturday Morning • 6:15 a.m. Wake-Up Call • 7:15 a.m. Breakfast—Wear your formals! • 7:45 a.m. brush your teeth and make sure you have everything you will need after our performance • 8:05 a.m. Everyone should be on the bus • Double-Check for your trip t-shirt, shoes, socks, and shorts!!!

  6. Dinner at 5:30 p.m.

  7. Awards Ceremony 7:30 p.m.

  8. Free Time at Downtown Disneyfrom 8:45-10:00

  9. Saturday Night at the Hotel • Make sure you get your Festival t-shirt from your chaperone before going to bed • Set your clocks for your wake-up call: 5:45 a.m. • Pack as much as possible before going to bed • Charge your phone! • Don’t stay up! Sunday morning will be brutal if you don’t get some sleep.

  10. Sunday Morning • 5:45 Wake-Up Call • 6:30-7:00 Take EVERYTHING to the buses. • Check for your pillow, blanket, toiletries, chargers, electronics… • 7:00 Leave hotel • 7:30 Breakfast at House of Blues • 9:00 Arrive at Sea World
