  2. Overview CapitalSpring SBLC (“CS SBLC”) is a direct SBA 7(a) lender, providing loans to small businesses across the country. The company is based in Dallas, Texas and operates nationally. CS SBLC was formed in Spring, 2011 when CapitalSpring Finance Company acquired an SBLC license. The transfer was approved a year later and the platform became active at the beginning of 2013. CS SBLC completed loans in the professional practices; hotels; restaurants; dealerships; automotive aftermarket; health clubs; and other markets. CS SBLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CapitalSpring Finance Company, a privately-held specialty finance company.
