Sales and Marketing Resources Dedicated category analyst to support fact based category and product assortment recommendations using a wide array of syndicated data subscriptions and other online sources including IRI, Technomic, Npd/crest, Westport, Datassential and Mintel. Merchandising programs designed to help customers and distributors grow their sales including: marketing programs/food shows/product extranet/web site support. Ongoing monitoring and reporting performed on National Brands and Private Label activity and changes in formulation, packaging, cost structure and other program reviews to ensure the value of our customer and distributor programs. Regional Sales Managers positioned in key markets and available to provide support at every level for product, promotion, merchandising and custom programs. Carriage House employs a national broker support network that covers all 50 states and lends key customer and distributor support on a dedicated basis. Slide 10

Sustainability Strategy Ralcorp Snacks, Sauces and Spreads has formed a cross Divisional Sustainability Team charged to: Measure key sustainability activities Report ongoing performance to ensure transparency with key stakeholders and compliance with regulatory agencies. Improve performance by identifying the metrics that have the greatest impact on goal attainment so you can make the most informed strategic decisions. Manage and forecast the finances and resources needed to achieve the desired outcomes. Prioritize organizational strategies Establish scorecards and strategy maps driven by the sustainability goals of the organization. The team is composed of a facility lead from each plant as well as our packaging engineers and our packaging buyers.
