D2 Policy • D2 Policy / program • Partnership between DLA Distribution and Disposition Services • DLA Distribution responsible for Stock, Store and Issue. • D2 sites are changing – 6 will become Non-D2 because they did not fit the D2 model and efficiencies were not realized. • Anniston • Cherry Point • Jacksonville • Norfolk / St. Juliens Creek • Germersheim • Guam • Contact Site Lead, Area Manager, and DSD when issues arise. If issue is not resolved contact HQ Battle Creek for assistance. 3

Standard Processes • Site Standardization • Issue – Some sites package and others won’t. • Policy – DLA Disposition Services only packages / prepares items for shipment for DOD customers. • Solution – SASP work with the individual sites on what they will provide. • Pick-up Hours • Pick-up policy was Issued Aug 2015 in response to customer requests • Policy – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 0800-1400 as a minimum. Sites can expand times based on mission requirements. • Issues should be worked through the Site Lead, Area Manager and DSD. If issue is not resolved contact HQ Battle Creek for assistance. 4

  5. Customer Replies • Non-Responsiveness • Issue – Sites not responding to customer requests. • Contact Site Lead, Area Manager, and DSD when sites are unresponsive. If issue is not resolved contact HQ Battle Creek for assistance. 5

DLA System Status • Process/systems improvements ongoing • Continuing to work new requirements / enhancements • Requisition Processing • System change request has been submitted to process GSA requisitions as soon as received • Requisition Priority • System change request has been submitted to ensure only mission critical DOD requisitions process during GSA cycle. • RTD office reviewing DOD requisitions and contacting customers to ensure they are mission critical. • Completed • Property Price • Warehouse location 6
