- Large bowl
Person A Place chocolate into a heat proof bowl over a saucepan of gently simmering water
Person A – Microwave chocolate for 1-2 minutes be careful not to burn chocolate.
Person B Line a baking tray with baking paper
Person BWash apples and insert sticks into apples
A. Once chocolate has melted, remove from the heat
A + B Dip the apples into chocolate and swirl each apple to cover evenly
A+B Hold the apple up over the bowl to allow excess chocolate to drip off
Wash apple and dry. Place stick in apple on chopping board.
Weigh chocolate – melt in microwave for 1-2 minutes.
Dip in apple and decorate with sprinkles
Place in fridge until set and place in clear plastic food bag
Stack dishes, wipe down table and start dishes
Wash up and dry
