Knowledge Managers have digression to register training related general web links in the CAR, making them discoverable using the CAR Search capabilities. Users can then search the CAR for Links by Keywords, ID, and Title Start at the Manager Menu by clicking REGISTER NEW and selecting LINK Next>
Example: We will register a Link to the Army Times newspaper as follows: Enter the Name /Title of the Link Enter its Web Address Enter/edit any other metadata as desired (ID, Description, Dates, keywords, POC… Click register Next>
At the verify Screen, verify the data Then enter registration/ change history info as desired, and click on OK Next>
At the Response Screen, review the results Then click on OK The CAR now has registered this Web link. Users can search for it using keywords, ID, and title
