This results in constant changes in human habits, which most people are not used to. Making them vulnerable could make them disgruntled and might create sparks among the employers and employees, as suggested by the Kaizen hr practitioners.

Let’s assume that you are a newbie in the finance department. As per the Kaizen philosophy, you have to undergo both the normal orientation program and the Kaizen classes. This may look like a lot of talking instead of work and could not be ignored at all costs.
