Regional Manager – EngineeringBASED: Regional HOURS: 35 hours SALARY: c £30k plus extensive benefits NECC is a leading training provider within the North East, delivering work based learning to c1500 learners via government funded initiatives and commercial training courses to employers and individuals, across a wide range of occupational areas. We require an experienced, commercially focused manager to join our training management team with responsibility for the Engineering Sector. This sector delivers a wide range of apprenticeships, in different occupational areas, predominantly at level 2 and 3. We are looking for a highly, organised and motivated person to manage this sector at an exciting time in training delivery. Your primary role will be to ensure the maximisation of contract, through a team of training advisers, however the role also requires the management of sub-contracted provision and ensuring the quality of our training delivery. The successful candidate will be required to process and analysis the sectors financial monthly claim and profiles, have budget responsibility, be targeted with ensuring achievement of KPIs and resource management. It is expected that you will have strong management experience and be a team player.
