  3. S4000C Key Features / Benefits • Remaining Sensor LifeThe technician is able to determine when it is time to replace the sensor before it fails. The (%) remaining sensor life is displayed upon initiation of calibration. • Surface Mount ElectronicsAllows for higher MTBF and reduces cost of purchase. • Target Gas CalibrationAllows you to set the gas detector to the specific (target) gas you want detected, but uses only one type of calibration gas. • Easily upgrade your installed GMI Smart Sensors Backwards compatible with our Smart Sensors (Models S104/S106A) – no need to re-wire.
