  5. Private/User Report Distinctions The MarkeTrak application contains a vast amount of reporting options. Report types include Distribution, Trend, Change History, Multi-View, and most commonly Listing Reports. A thorough explanation of each of these report types is available via the Help option. Users can execute any report available and only save reports as private. MP Administrators can create, edit and delete private reports. MP Administrators have the additional privileges to create and edit guest and user level reports but cannot delete them. • Private Reports are reports that are available only to the user that creates them. • User Reports are based on DUNS number. Saving a report as a User allows all employees associated with that DUNS number access to that report. • Guest Reports have the same functionality as a User Report, but have different designations.

  6. Missing Transactions vs. Usage/Billing Examples of Missing Transactions: When a CR or TDSP is missing an expected transaction such as 814s and 867s they can log an issue to have it found and resent if necessary. In some cases the transaction has not been sent to ERCOT. If ERCOT hasn't received the transaction we will provide the necessary information to contact the other party to attain the missing transaction. The TDSP and CR will need to log an issue ‘point-to-point’ for missing 810 transactions by selecting an MP other than ERCOT as the Assignee. Examples of Usage/Billing Issues: • Questions pertaining to point-to-point transactions (such as 810s) with TDSPs • Questions pertaining to calculations provided in the transactions. • CR is still receiving usage on an ESIID that doesn’t belong to them Note: Expected 867 transactions which are not received should be submitted under Sub Type Missing TXNs
