Fourth Quarter Stakeholder Outreach Activities • Held Fall Standards & Compliance Workshop October 10 & 11 including: • ½ Day DP/LSE Workshop on October 10 • ½ Day CIP Workshop on October 11 • Approximately 115 attendees in total (75 in person, 40 remote via WebEx) • Two Talk with Texas RE meetings • FAC-008-3 on November 15 (~70 attendees total, ~65 via WebEx) • Self-Reporting Logistics and Transitioning to CIP Version 4 on December 12 (~60 attendees total, ~55 via WebEx) • Distributed newsletter in October Board of Directors Meeting February 26, 2013

Current Activities • Began planning Spring 2013 Standards & Compliance Workshops • Will be held on May 22 & 23, 2013 at ERCOT Met Center • Training Subcommittee • Met in November to review feedback from 2012 Workshops • Met three times in 2013 to begin planning 2013 Workshops • Requested and received topic suggestions for DP/LSE Workshop • Talk with Texas RE • Goal is to have Talk with Texas RE meetings monthly • January topic was TADS, GADS and DADS updates • February was on Protocol Compliance • Topics have been selected for next few months • Providing support to ERCOT NERC Reliability Working Group (NRWG) to increase outreach and education in 2013 Board of Directors Meeting February 26, 2013
