IMPORT FLOW DOMESTIC FLOW Product Flow 1 Please click on the arrow which best reflects the flow of the product(s) you are considering consolidating: IMPORT FLOW: Product is manufactured outside mainland UK, and can be ordered independently from other products supplied to the same customer(s), even if it is not currently ordered separately. The product does not require any additional work doing to it in the UK DOMESTIC FLOW: Product is manufactured within mainland UK, or requires value adding work to be done within the UK that cannot be done outside of the UK START AGAIN

SINGLE CUSTOMER MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS Customer Structure 3 Please click on the arrow which best reflects the customer structure for the product(s) you are considering consolidating : SINGLE CUSTOMER: All of the product in question goes to the same retailer and therefore all stock is destined for the same customer - can be specific to one or more products, not necessarily the entire product range. E.g. own label codes would be single customer. May be delivered to multiple locations for that customer MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS: The product in question goes to many retailers and therefore stock is covering multiple customers. May be delivered to multiple locations for each of those customers START AGAIN

DIRECTSHIPMENT SMALLSHIPMENT LARGESHIPMENT Delivery Shipment 4 Please click on the arrow which best reflects the shipment description of the product(s) you are considering consolidating : DIRECT SHIPMENT: Orders for non-centralised distribution routes to market, requiring direct delivery to store / retail outlet. SMALL SHIPMENT: Small quantities that would otherwise go through a parcel / pallet network, and which may require case or layer picking. Shipments that would be costly and inefficient to handle and ship direct from manufacturers location. Typically < 10 pallets. LARGE SHIPMENT: Full pallet quantities too large for a parcel / pallet network. Shipments that can efficiently be handled and transported directly from manufacturer location.
