  3. 介紹： 台灣三角楓是台灣特有的樹種，其本種可能原分佈在大陸及台灣，後來因形成海峽兩地隔絕的轉變，才演化出地域性的特有變種，全世界只在台灣的北海岸或溪畔才有台灣三角楓的蹤影。

  4. 它的葉子整體呈倒卵形或闊橢圓形， 基部圓形或畔心型，先端如楓香有 三個裂瓣，黃綠色的小花約在每年 的3~4月開，7~8月時成熟的雙翅果 呈現草黃色。 近年來，由於台灣三角楓的生育地 常因人為開發而破壞，植株數量已 劇減少。
