  4. ACSI/WASC Accreditation • In March 2010, a joint ACSI/WASC visiting committee spent 3 ½ days evaluating our school. They explored every area of school operation. • ALCS was awarded the highest accreditation possible under two organizations—the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI). Our six-year certification places us in the top 10% of schools reaching the highest level of accreditation.

  5. How do we know if we are achieving our goals? One measure we can look at is our Standardized Test Scores Stanford Achievement Tests are administered each Spring. See detailed results at our school website www.alchristian.com under “Academics”, “Standardized Testing” Overall, our scores in Math and Reading were in the top 15% of the nation.

  11. Scrip Program Gift cards that are purchased for their actual amount. It doesn’t cost anything to buy the gift card. The merchants, through the Scrip company, give the school a rebate. There is huge potential here for our school to be blessed significantly in this area. These funds augment our operating budget.
