  4. Tammy RomoVice President Financial Planning JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for Investor Relations, Revenue and Traffic Analysis, Network and Strategic Support Analysis, and Financial Planning. EXPERIENCE: Romo has worked at Southwest Airlines since September 1991 and has had numerous titles.

Daryl KrauseSenior Vice President of Customer Services • JOB DESCRIPTION: Daryl serves as the head of In-flight Services, Provisioning, Fuel Management, Customer Relations/Rapid Rewards, Reservations departments, in charge of more than 14,000 employees. • EXPERIENCE: Krause has a long history with Southwest Airlines that started in February 1979. • BEST ADVICE EVER GIVEN: “Make sure you create value.”
