  37. Examination Venue • In order for Informatics Global Campus to co-ordinate this arrangement, students are to provide the venue, which is most convenient to them. • Request for examination venue • It is the responsible of the students to provide, at least, 3 recognised venues, such as Universities, British councils, Informatics Centres etc. • In order to facilitate the arrangement students are to provide the Name of the venue, the address and also the contact person(s), email addresses and contact telephone numbers, as a minimum. • Cancellation of Examination Venue • There will be an administrative charge should a student cancels an examination venue arranged for the student. Details can be found in the MUST KNOW icon of your virtual classroom.

  38. Examination Venue • Change of Examination Venue • Any request for change of Exam venue, must be made, at least, 2 months before the Examination month. Details can be found in the MUST KNOW icon of your virtual classroom. • Examination Venue Fee • Students are also responsible for any charges imposed by the examination venue, including the administrative fees for the proctoring of the examination sitting and also any other fees charged by the centre.

  39. Payment Type You can make payment through 1. Bank draft are to be made payable to " Informatics Global Campus Pte Ltd " (Please quote Student Name, Student ID and Course Title behind the bank draft) 2. Telegraphic transfer - Informatics Global Campus Pte Ltd SGD A/C No. 003-906080-7 DBS Bank 6 Shenton Way DBS Building Singapore 068809 (Please quote Student Name, Student ID and Course Title under your payment details in the telegraphic transfer form) 3. Credit Card via online payment with VISA or MasterCard only Please note that all payments are to be made in SGD.

  40. Receipts • All payments made to PurpleTrain.com will only be acknowledged via electronic receipt (e-receipt). Students are advised to print out and file all copies of e-receipt for reference. • For Bank Draft & Telegraphic Transfer payments, e-receipts will only be issued via email once PurpleTrain.com receives payments. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 14 days, please contact us at helpdesk@informaticsgroup.com. Please quote Student Name & Student ID. • For online Visa / Mastercard payments, e-receipts will be issued immediately upon successful transaction.

  41. Steps To Make Online Payment • Go to http://www.purpletrain.com • Click “Enter Your Virtual Classroom” on the Right • Choose “MyProfile” pull-down under Logins (located on the right) • Key in your Student ID & Password to login

  42. Steps To Make Online Payment 4. Click on "MyPayments" 5. Under "Payment For Pre-registration 1", click on "Pay Online" for the appropriate Instalment.

  43. Steps To Make Online Payment • Fill in your credit card detail & amount to pay and submit. Wait a while for the system to process your payment. DO NOT click on the refresh button while this is in progress. Once approved, you will receive an e-receipt.

  44. Installment Payment There is a fixed payment structure as well as a fixed payment schedule on a monthly basis for instalment payment students. • Please note that if payment is not received by the due date (which is the 7th of EVERY MONTH), the student's account will be deactivated. • A Re-activation fee of SGD85 will be imposed to reactivate your account. An additional administrative charge of up to SGD765.00 per examination sitting will be imposed on top of the reactivation fee. • The fee stated above does not include the Examination Centre Charges. • The payment schedule is a totally different entity with the structure of the course. A student might defer or stop the programme for a specific period of time but the student is still liable to continue with the instalment payment plan.

Course Duration • Diploma, higher diploma and advanced diploma for business and IT are 3 years course duration • UOP IT degree programme is 3 years course duration • UOW business programme is total of 5 years course duration. (2nd and 3rd year track) • UOW Master programme is 5 years course duration • UOP & NCC Master programme is 5 years course duration ( 3 years for Post Graduate Diploma modules and 2 years for top up modules) • For extension of course duration, students have to write in to exams@informaticseducation.com attached with formal letter. All approval are subjected to approval. There will be an administrative charge of USD30 for non-uni programme.
