1. The World At Our Fingertips What’s the internet??? The internet is very useful and convenient . We can search for information, go to social networking sites and do other spectacular things on the internet, but, we mustn't misuse it.If a teacher tells you to do online work in class, you should not go to other inappropriate websites or play games on the net. Instead, you should be honest and do your work. Good Values = Good Character! Ms. Lim says that honesty is the best policy and that we should be responsible for our actions. We should practice these values in class as it can help us be a person with good attitude and values. The internet can be entertaining ,but , we should always protect ourselves from cyber bullying. 2. Instead, you should do outdoor activities with your family and friends or do offline activities like reading a book or doing other things. Remember to have a balanced diet and exercise daily. Conclusion: The internet is the best way to interact and communicate with others, but, remember that it is used by everyone everywhere. Stop this, it hurts! Cyber bullying is offensive and hurtful . Here are two examples on how to stop Cyber bullying: 1)We should never talk and share information with strangers 2)We should also not scold others with vulgarities online because it will hurt their feelings. If someone cyber bullies you, you should tell your parents or teacher so that they can help you. You should not scold back the person or else both of you will hurt each other mentally. Keep Myopia at Bay, go outdoors and play! Even though the internet is here to keep us company, you should not be always stuck on the computer playing games and doing other online activities.
