Goals of the TSG Leadership • Analysis Goals: • Find ways to streamline the 3GPP decision making process • Reduce company/delegate frustration • Recommendations are fine-tuning of the existing processes • 3GPP processes overall work pretty well • Key consideration: Do no harm • Does not address any restructuring • Much frustration due to overload of some groups • Handovers between groups not always efficient
