  1. How To Get Rid Of Root Aphids Root aphids are a bugger. It is a soil-based bug root; sometimes, they’re a little bit bigger. They are normally inside the pot. The easiest way to deal with them is to cut it, burn it and start over. They are just so hard to deal with. Root aphid doesn’t go on your plants; it will stain your soil. When it comes to root aphids, it’s a game of bacteria and fungus. You can try will chemical options, but it’s not good to use harsh chemicals on them when it comes to edible, consumable plants. You can use cayenne pepper instead of chemical, just top dress on the soil. Mind that you don’t breathe on the stuff; after topping the soil thoroughly, water in.
