Overview of WP4 OBJECTIVES • Promotion and dissemination activities across the communities • Clear brand for RENAISSANCE within Concerto • Interest in the project and desire to replicate it WORK PLAN up to date: • To develop all promotion and dissemination opportunities • Key target groups and appropriate promotion methods • High profile media and workshop/ seminar/ conference actions • Project website of local character linked to Managenergy • Renaissance promotional brochure • Shared Renaissance database of images • Activities promoting the exploitation and take up of the results • To dissemination results via the network of SAVE energy agencies, the IEA, etc
State of progress (7/2007) Report of action taken with reference to project work plan • Inputs to local presentation of Renaissance project. • Inputs to Concerto+ initiative (provided graphic materials, revised content, provided local press contact list, etc.) • Information via municipal web www.zaragoza.es • 37 local, national and international presentations of the project during the first year, and 18 during this second year • Key groups identified • Definition of the dissemination strategy: • International • National • Local: Users/ neighbours/citizenship/ professional and technical stakeholders • Negotiations with Expo Zaragoza 2008 going on NOTE: Dissemination strongly depends on the results from other WP. Thus, it is foreseen that work will be more intensive when the project is in a more advanced state
