Enhanced Document Comments and History View

This feature allows users to view all document comments and order history in one location, saving time and providing a complete audit trail. Users can also view future M-marketsite cart/requisition numbers and allow assigned carts to be returned.

  2. Release 11.2 New Features • View all Comments/history in a single location • View future M-marketsite Req/Cart Number • Allow assigned carts to be returned

View all Comments/History in a single location This feature allows users to view all document comments and order history in a single location • Comments and History for an order is a common way to track status and view an audit trail of events. • Previously, Comments and History could only be viewed for one document at a time. For example, while viewing a PO, you were required to open the associated M-marketsite Cart / Requisition (PR) to see the earlier history for the order. • Users can now select to view all comments or history to see information for all associated documents (M-marketsite Carts / Requisitions, Purchase Orders). • The new unified comments and history save valuable time toggling to different screens and documents.

View Future M-marketsite Req/Cart Number • This feature allows users to view the future M-marketsite cart / requisition number for a cart. • The future M-marketsite requisition number will display in draft carts and assigned carts. • This allows users to have a reference number they can use to search for draft carts and assigned carts.

  13. View Future M-marketsite Cart / Requisition Number for a Cart The future M-marketsite cart / Requisition number is list at the top of the shopping cart page.

  14. Allow Assigned Carts To Be Returned • This feature allows cart assignees to return the draft cart to the shopper instead of having the shopper withdraw the cart. • A return link will be present on the assigned cart next to the cart name that will allow you to return it. • This is beneficial for requisitioners in the event they get a cart assigned to them by mistake or they simply want to send the cart back to the shopper for them to make changes. • If you are able to receive an assigned cart you may return it. • Important: Browse only users must have a completed M-markesite profile with a valid e-mail address or they will not receive the Return Cart system e-mail

  15. Allow Cart Assignees To Return A Cart To The Shopper – Screen Shots After opening the assigned cart you will have a button. Upon clicking the button you will be prompted to enter a note to the shopper. After entering a Note click the button Note: The Shopper / Browse only user will only get the note and Return Cart system e-mail if they have a completed M-marketsite profile with a valid e-mail address.
