Rene Schillinger earned a Master of Arts in English education and he is a doctoral candidate at Teachers College, Columbia University. He works with teachers and schools to help improve literacy and academic achievements. Educators can be classroom teachers, administrative professionals, or consultants. If you want to become an educator, you will need a great education and a strong work ethic. You should also focus on getting experience. You should intern with educational administrative offices and gain hands on experience. You should also attend conferences and seminars in your field of interest.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Lehigh University in 1988 and then chose to continue his education.
