  10. Operations • Based on transport booking and ICF transfer note • Note; in CIS countries, China and Mongolia rail transport is regulated by SMGS freight law. Reforwarding from CIM to SMGS is done at CIS border under ICF control. • Customs: customs regulations for transit CIS are applicable (detailed commercial invoice, packing list, with NHM customs code per item) • ICF Partner: railways and their agents, subsidiaries of ICF (InterRailServices, Polcont, Pannoncont), ICF office Moscow • Further partners (agencies) in all CIS countries, China and Far East
