  1. States are required to monitor MPRs and ensure they have the currently approved SEPDS

  2. Processors must complete the EPDS & submit to FNS, AMS, State, or RA for approval before processing begins

  3. NPA processors provide State or RA: SEPDS instead of EPDS

  4. If processor changes end product or adds a new end product, must send new EPDS first

  5. Processors cannot draw down inventory without approved EPDS or SEPDS

  6. Processors must submit MPR to States

  7. Processor must account for all commodity received, processed, disposed of, and delivered

  8. Recommended that processors use ACDA template MPR

  9. MPR must include: • Beginning month inventory

  10. MPR must include: • Beginning month inventory • Commodity received

  11. MPR must include: • Beginning month inventory • Commodity received • Commodity transferred in and/or out

  12. MPR must include: • Beginning month inventory • Commodity received • Commodity transferred in and/or out • Commodity processed

  13. MPR must include: • Beginning month inventory • Commodity received • Commodity transferred in and/or out • Commodity processed • List of deliveries

  14. MPR must include: • Beginning month inventory • Commodity received • Commodity transferred in and/or out • Commodity processed • List of deliveries • Ending month inventory

  15. MPR must include: • Beginning month inventory • Commodity received • Commodity transferred in and/or out • Commodity processed • List of deliveries • Ending month inventory • Year-to-date totals

  16. MPR postmarked by final day of month following reporting month

  17. If error discovered on MPR, make correction on current month MPR and clearly mark revision Do not revise previously issued MPRs

  18. June MPR: • Final reconciliation • No adjustments in sales and inventory after June • Postmarked 60 days from end of school year
