  2. Morning • We leave TMS at 7:30 AM so be here by 7:20! • Registration and set up: • 8:00 to 8:45 • Exhibits: Floy Lewis Bakes Field House • Documentaries and Performances: Wismer Center (then to Olin or Bomberger Hall) • Lead student needs to register • Can change title at this time

  3. Judging • Judging is from 9:00 to 12:00 • Hand them 3 copies of your process paper (title page, paper, annotated bib) and the judge form • Performances: have a copy of your script ready just in case • Exhibits: You may not leave your station until 12:00 • Why? • No food or drinks in the Field House

  4. Judging • It is going to be boring! • Bring things to do: • Ipod, video games, cards, books, homework, etc.

  5. Lunch • You need to pack a lunch! • You can buy snacks at the café • Bring cash (small bills, not 20’s if you can help it) • It will be very busy/crowded

  6. Awards Ceremony • Starts at 1:15 • Exhibits: Floy Lewis Bakes Field House • Documentaries and Performances: Olin Auditorium • Over by 2:15

  7. Other • Exhibits and Performances: • Dress your board/props for the weather  • Documentaries: • You are responsible for your technology! • Must have a copy you can leave with the judges • Everyone: • Make sure you are dressed appropriately! • Professionally!
