  3. 如果所有外观设计属于国际工业品外观设计分类（洛迦诺分类）同一类别，并且所有外观设计具有相同的申请人，则欧盟知识产权局的注册式欧盟外观设计 （RCD）的单一申请可包括若干设计。

  4. 欧盟外观设计注册需要几天时间，除非有第三方提出异议，外观设计一直有效。 注册证书以电子形式提供; 它不提供纸质证书。注册式欧盟外观设计允许立即打击侵权者，例如，在欧盟海关边境查封盗版商品。
