Amendment to Section M to beconsistent with Faster Switchingproposals • Background • Modification 0477 “Supply Point Registration” set out a new minimum Confirmation period of 14 Business Days to enable faster switching • An error with the original Legal text was identified • This housekeeping modification seeks to align Section M 3.2.9 of the UNC with the proposals set out in Modification 0477 • The Proposer invites the Panel to: • • Determine that this modification should be subject to self-governance • • AGREE that this modification should be issued to consultation
