  2. เข้าโปรแกรม xpdent • ทะเบียนผู้ป่วย • บันทึกข้อมูลเชื่อมโยงระบบ สปสช.

  3. ใส่เลขที่บัตรผู้ป่วย DN • วันที่,ภาควิชา • ยืนยันเพิ่มเลขลำดับใหม่

  4. ในเมนูข้อ วินิจฉัย ODX • ใส่รหัสภาค • ใส่รหัสแพทย์ • ใส่รหัสวินิจฉัยโรค • ชนิดโรคตามลำดับ • กดบันทึก • หมายเหตุ : ทุกเมนูกด F1 เพื่อค้นหารหัสได้

  5. ในเมนูข้อ หัตถการ OOP • ใส่รหัสภาควิชา • ใส่รหัสแพทย์ • ใส่รหัสหัตถการ • กดบันทึก • หมายเหตุ : ทุกเมนูกด F1 เพื่อค้นหารหัสได้

  6. ล้างจอเพิ่มลำดับใหม่
