The Plot The president is up for re-election. With the reelection only 11 days away, they must come up with a way to distract the voters from a scandal. Conrad and Ames get producer Stanley Motss to assist them in fabricating a fake war with Albania. They find a upcoming actress to play a refugee fleeing a town under attack in an eyewitness video.
More Plot When the war footage looses steam, they create a war hero that was left behind enemy lines. The war hero is a convicted felon and crazy. After their plane crashes, the convict dies. Eventually Stanley wants credit for his masterpiece of work. Conrad has him “taken care of” by the CIA.
