  1. 实验七有机化合物的鉴别和分离 目的要求： 掌握醇、酚、醛、酮、羧酸及各类取代羧酸，各种糖类化合物的鉴别方法及苯酚、苯胺、苯甲酸的分离方法。

  2. 重点： 醇、酚、醛、酮、羧酸及各类取代羧酸，各种糖类化合物的鉴别方法。 难点： 苯酚、苯胺、苯甲酸的分离方法

  3. 示教： 水层：取少量溴水出现 白色沉淀：苯胺 混合液 水层：取少量加盐酸 出现白色沉淀：苯甲酸 加HCl 10ml 醚层：萃取 NaHCO310ml 醚层：取少量挥干，加入水，再加入FeCl3呈 紫色：苯酚

  4. 注意： 1、由于FeCl3中含有盐酸，在第三组中， 加入盐酸后苯甲酸会出现少量沉淀。 2、第一组鉴别不宜用碘仿 （因甘油保存中使用了乙醇） 3、鉴别葡萄糖和果糖时不用溴水 （因现象不明显）
