  4. 2.各點電壓及各支路電流之量測方法 • 測量電壓時,電壓表要與測量物並聯。 • 測量電流時,先將該支路開路後,再與電流表串聯。 >>> 請看示範 8

  5. 3.電路一:CE放大固定偏壓電路 Vcc - VBE 10 - 0.7 IB = = R2 1M = 9.3μ A IC = 9.3μA × 100 IB × β = = 0.93m A β=100 VBE=0.7v VCE = - IC × R1 Vcc = 10 - 0.93m A × 1k >>> 請看示範 9 = 9.07v

  6. 4.電路二:CE放大射極迴路偏壓電路 Vcc - VBE 10 - 0.7 IB = = R2 + (1+β)R4 1M +(1+100)200 = 9.1μ A IC = 9.1μA × 100 IB × β = = 0.91m A β=100 VBE=0.7v - IE × R4 VCE = - IC × R1 Vcc - 0.91m A × 200 = 10 - 0.91m A × 1k >>> 請看示範 = 10 8.9v

  7. 5.電路三:CE放大集極迴路偏壓電路 Vcc - VBE 10 - 0.7 IB = = R2 + (1+β)R1 1M +(1+100)1K = 8.45μ A IC = 8.45μA × 100 IB × β = = 0.845m A β=100 VBE=0.7v IE × R1 VCE = - Vcc = 10 - 0.845m A × 1k >>> 請看示範 = 11 9.155v
