  2. CLUB SERVICE Goals • Help in recruiting new Members for the Club. • Participate and actively be involved in Club’s Administrative Services. Timeline • Implementation will be carried as soon as possible. Support • Will have to tie up closely with the Club Admin Chair and its Members for the proper implementation of the above objectives. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) • A regular evaluation must be done monthly to determine problem areas and other means of improvement. Rotary Club of Makati Essensa District 3830

  3. COMMUNITY SERVICE Goal • Determine a qualified community to become recipient of an Adult EducationProgram. Timeline • Planning & implementation of the above goals must be done with in half a month after its approval. Support • Committee Chair will have to identify prospective members aligned with the project. Source for other funding and support from NGOs and Govt. agencies (DepEd) for the proper implementation of the above objectives. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) • A regular evaluation must be done monthly to determine problem areas and determine the progress of the implemented project/s. • Provide Donors/Partners with progress and final reports. • Publicize the event. INTERNATIONAL SERVICE Goals • Identify a community or province in line to an Animal Husbandry project. • Identify a qualified community with residents to be candidate recipients of an Agricultural Program aimed to give them more yield in their production. Timeline • Planning & implementation of the above goals must be done with in a month after its approval. Support • Committee Chair will have to identify prospective members aligned with the project. Source for other funding and support from NGOs and Govt. agencies (Dept. of Agriculture) for the proper implementation of the above objectives. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) • A regular evaluation must be done monthly to determine problem areas and determine the progress of the implemented project/s. • Provide Donors/Partners with progress and final reports. • Publicize the event. VOCATIONAL SERVICE Goals • Identify a qualified community with residents to be candidate recipients of a Livelihood Education Program. • Assist these recipients to acquire a Revolving Loan Fund to start and apply what they have learned from their Livelihood Education. Timeline • Planning & implementation of the above goals must be done with in a month after its approval. Support • Committee Chair will have to identify prospective members aligned with the project to do Career Talk and support the implementation of the project. Source for other funding and support from NGOs and Govt. agencies (TESDA) for the proper implementation of the above objectives. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) • A regular evaluation must be done monthly to determine problem areas and determine the progress of the implemented project/s. • Provide Donors/Partners with progress and final reports. • Publicize the event.   6. THE ROTARY FOUNDATION Goal • I will do my best to support the Foundation by tapping available resources for funding . Timeline • Planning & implementation of the above goals must be done with in a week after the approval of the Committee’s Fund Sourcing plans and its in lined Programs. Support • To gather support for funding from Other Clubs, NGO’s, other Foundations and Institutions. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) • A regular evaluation must be done monthly to determine problem areas and determine the progress of the implemented project/s. • Provide Donors/Partners with progress and final reports. • Publicize the event.
