  2. Weekly demand and face to face ratio of 50% remain stable

  3. Phone waits have dropped to 0 and face to face also come down.

  4. Proportion choosing to be seen same day now 80%. Expect to stay here or possibly rise.

  5. Response times, normal 4 week chart shows wide spread. Will see how this changes in next weeks.

  6. Average response down a little, but with new system has much further to go.

  7. Monday highest day now, more typical, and interestingly Friday is high.

  8. New slide, duration of consultations by phone and face to face. Very stable and within normal range.

  9. Summary points • Demand is stable and the pattern predictable. • Pattern through the day will spread further • Getting back on track, look forward to new changes • Really need to think about the daily plan to keep on top of demand coming in • First two hours, enough GPs calling back to keep up • Can have different GPs seeing pts • Can change thereafter, interleave calls and f2f • Make callbacks sacrosanct • Avoid pushing work into the next day.
