  1. ONEPLUS CONFIRMS AN IN-DISPLAY FINGERPRINT READER FOR ONEPLUS 6T 9/11/2018 OnePlus 6T is already the talk of town and we see many reports floating the internet. Some claims that the phone will flash a waterdrop notch like all the other latest smartphones, some claim a triple-camera setup while others suggest that the phone will have an in-display fingerprint sensor. Nothing much was revealed by one plus officials but they did confirm that the device is coming with an exciting new feature. The OnePlus 6T is officially coming with an in-display fingerprint scanner. The information was revealed to CNET by the Chinese giant in a mail citing “ We unlock our phones multiple times a day, and Screen Unlock reduces the number of steps to complete the action. By adding this feature (in-display scanner) as an addition

  2. to other display unlocking options such as Face Unlock, users will have options to unlock the display in a way that is most efficient for them." Oneplus also stated that the technology was first intended for OnePlus 5T. But the technology at that time was evolving and no other smartphone maker had implemented it at that time so the upgrade was postponed. Only three phones Vivo X21, Vivo NEX and Vivo V11 Pro are using this technology currently and other smartphone makers are soon expected to follow suit. The technology is quiet interesting and it requires an OLED panel to work. The sensor is placed under the screen and shines a light on your finger illuminating the ridges making a sort of 2D map of your finger. You can upgrade to latest smartphone by selling your old phone on www.RecycleDevice.com in a hassle-free manner. It was also confirmed by OnePlus that the phone will be 0.45 mm thicker than its previous OnePlus 6T due to rearrangement process that the OnePlus 6T will undergo. We expect the phone to launch in November as per the previous records of the company.
