TheINTERNATIONAL BOARD (IB) is the governance body for the firm, responsible for strategic and other major decisions, ensuring effective consultation across the partnership. It is the body to which management is accountable.

Membership: Fourteen of the members of the IB are elected by the partnership as a whole in a manner reflecting the geographic and practice spread of the firm.
