He starts work with small amount so that people can trust him that he will pay whole payment. But he never pays. I know him very well from last 2 years. First he hired me on fiverr for SEO. He made payment but then he charged back from fiverr. Then He ordered me many websites at a time like 4-5 websites & asked for SEO too. I started work and complete on time. He checked and gave new work. But I was asking continuously my payment. But as normal person trusts that he is giving business and definitely he will pay. I started is work.
