Bus Cleaning Overview and Schedules • All busses will be sterilized routinely throughout the Pandemic multiple times per day • Busses will be sprayed with an electric sprayer between AM and PM shifts and over nights after PM shifts • A 4-gallon backpack sprayer will be walked down the isle spraying seat fronts, backs, seat belts, and windows • All 4-gallon sprayers will be operated by garage staff • Drivers will use a smaller electric handheld sprayer to sanitize the bus in between tiered routes. • After dropping off a high school group and before the pickup of middle school students

Mask and Shield Protocol • All our drivers will be required to wear either a mask or a face shield while on the bus transporting students and around T&Ls facilities • Masks will be supplied by T&L to T&L employees and students for forget their own masks • Students will be seated one child per seat and will board from rear to front • All students will have an assigned seat number for the duration of the pandemic • Students will be required to have and wear a mask for the duration of the bus ride to and from school • Any students who arrive at their bus stop without a mask will be given a mask • We ask all our districts to supply a proactive list of students who are exempt from face covering to avoid disruptions

Sanitation Logs • All vehicles are equipped with ZONAR SAMSUNG TABACTIVE 2 tablets that are used for everyday inspections • All sanitation logs will be directly recorded to ZONAR and will be stored electronically • Drivers will not be required to log the disinfecting they do between tiered runs • Bus cameras will be monitored in our office to enforce disinfecting practices done by the driver • Any concerns or questions can be Emailed to T&L at tltransupdates@gmail.com
