  29. Racial & Ethnic Disparity • Partnering with grassroots community based organizations to bring programming into targeted communities. (Circles & Verses)

  30. Racial & Ethnic Disparity • Invested $45,000 in partnership with Big Picture Research and Consulting for evaluation on the use of the Structured Decision Making Matrix.

Racial & Ethnic Disparity • As part of our Deep End work we are collecting and disaggregating the decision points of: a) Referrals to Court, b) Diversion from Court (unofficial cases), c) Probation dispositions,  d) All Out of Home Placements, e) Placements to YTC, f) ODYS Commitments, g) Bindovers.

  32. Racial & Ethnic Disparity • We are working with elected officials across the County to learn about, identify, and dismantle structural barriers to equity.

  33. RED 5. Continue to assess data from the Assessment Center and Misdemeanor Services and have expanded services to serve more youth and families quickly in a community based setting.

  34. Family Engagement and Race Equity • Sustained our investment and partnership with Center of Hope Family Services for the Family Navigator Program and are now expanding services to families on the civil side of the Court.
